The IFA/Thomas Brown Apprentice of the Year Award aims to recognise the valuable contribution apprentices make to the future of the fitout industry in Australia.
It is widely agreed that for the fitout industry to grow and be recognised, we must provide an environment that clearly defines our capacity to provide for professional development and career pathways. Integral to this, is the expertise derived by effectively developing our apprentices, which is an extremely important and valuable facet of our industry. IFA would therefore like to recognise the outstanding contribution of those apprentices who are committed to the future development and growth of interior fitout in Australia.
