As the trusted Design and Construct partner for Ofload, TRUE Fitout & Construction proudly delivered a transformative 1,700sqm space at 155 Clarence Street, Sydney into a modern, functional, fun, and aesthetically driven office environment. Ofload, a key player in the logistics services sector, sought a workspace that would accommodate their rapidly growing team, enhance operational efficiency and nurture the deeply engrained cultural DNA of the business.

Ofload’s vision was to create a dynamic and energising environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and creativity. Entrusted with this vision, TRUE brought it to life by integrating functionality, workplace flexibility, and captivating modular design elements that fostered a dynamic workplace suited to Ofload’s evolving needs.

Ofload collaborated closely with TRUE’s in-house design specialists and project managers to ensure safety remained a top priority throughout the project. By meticulously planning every detail and upholding rigorous safety procedures, the team delivered an office space where no compromises were made.

Upon entering the newly transformed workspace, employees are greeted by an abundance of natural light that brightens both levels of the office. The design combines neutral wall tones with elegant hardwood flooring and energised by colour­—creating a sophisticated and cohesive aesthetic.

The ground floor is the heart of collaboration, offering spaces for both relaxation and productivity. Key features include:

• A set of bleachers that exude sophistication while serving as an ideal setting for team interaction.
• A hidden slide, complementing a sleek wooden staircase with glass railings, injecting a playful and adventurous element to the office atmosphere.
• A navy-blue pool table, serving as a recreational focal point.
• An acoustic wall with vibrant yellow accents, providing both visual appeal and sound control.
• A bright orange vibrant archway at the entrance for a fun and aesthetic visual appeal.

To support diverse working styles, the fitout incorporates focus rooms and whiteboard rooms, a popping team auditorium, a kitchen for relaxed entertaining and a basketball breakout space—all facilitating effective communication, creative brainstorming and a real drawcard for bringing teams together.
